Who We Are
SIS Wellness Retreats, founded in 2024 by yoga teachers, mothers, and entrepreneurs Sabrina Mata and Elma Panagaki, was created from women to women with the intention of building meaningful experiences where wellness, connection, and sisterhood come together in inspiring destinations around the world. SIS was born from a shared vision of creating more than retreats — creating a global community where women feel supported, empowered, and encouraged to grow together through thoughtfully curated luxury retreats.
With a unique blend of Brazilian passion and Greek high energy, Sabrina and Elma bring a vibrant and authentic spirit to every experience they create. Their different cultures unite through the same purpose: to inspire women to reconnect with themselves, trust their strength, and live with more balance, confidence, and joy.
